Megan Gienger

Megan Gienger, CPC, CPMA, currently serves as the Risk Adjustment Coding and Quality Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing coding quality assurance and audits. Previous experience includes significant roles at Hennepin County Medical Center as Professional Fee Coding Manager and Supervisor, where leadership of coding teams and process optimization were key focuses.
