Melissa Coplin-Windfeldt

Melissa Coplin-Windfeldt has extensive experience in clinical care management and nursing, primarily with Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Care Management for Medicare Pre-service at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since November 2021, Melissa previously held several roles within the company, including Nurse Guide Sr in Commercial Ops Care Management and RN Care Manager for Pre-Service and Retrospective functions. Prior experience includes working as an RN in urgent care at Apple Valley Medical Center and as an RN at Meadowview Elementary School in Farmington Public Schools.
