Neal Grothe

Neal Grothe, MA-HRIR, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Section Manager of Human Resources at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc since August 2018, and as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota since January 2017, Neal has built a robust career in HR management.
