Patsy Riley

Patsy Riley serves as the Chief Government Officer and Senior Vice President and CEO of ClearStone Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where responsibilities include oversight of government health programs generating $3.5 billion in annual revenue and serving 900,000 enrollees. Prior experience includes serving as President and CEO of Stratis Health, where leadership focused on quality improvement for Medicare initiatives, and as Vice President at Medica, managing government programs with $450 million in revenue. Additional roles at UnitedHealth Group and Aetna involved strategic planning and regulatory liaison responsibilities for government contracts. Patsy Riley's extensive background in community-based healthcare organizations includes operational leadership and innovative program development, including the creation of Minnesota's first prepaid medical assistance program. Patsy Riley holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota.
