Samantha Foster

Samantha Foster has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Samantha began their career as a Veterinarian Technician at Mesaba Animal Hospital from July 2003 to July 2005. Samantha then worked as a Home Care provider at Direct Care for a few months in 2005. In 2006, Samantha joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they held various roles over the years. Samantha started as a Senior Service Representative, processing inquiries and providing subject matter expertise on customer service-related topics. Samantha then became a Technical Specialist, researching and resolving complex issues and addressing escalations. Samantha progressed to a Senior Operations Business Analyst, participating in process change and redesign to improve business processes. Samantha'smost recent role at Blue Cross and Blue Shield is Principal Operations Business Analyst, where they facilitated projects, conducted research and analysis, and implemented integrated solutions. Samantha'swork experience reflects their ability to adapt to different roles and industries while delivering quality results.

Samantha Foster pursued their education from 2000 to 2001 at Argosy University Minnesota, where they obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant. Then, in 2021, they enrolled at Purdue Global and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2023. Samantha also obtained an e-Diploma from Purdue Global in September 2023.
