Justine Castillo

Justine Castillo currently serves as the Unit Manager of Clinical Operations for the South Region and Refugee Program at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Mexico, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Justine worked as a Member Care Coordinator at the same company from May 2019 to May 2023. Justine's experience in the healthcare field also includes a tenure as a Care Coordinator at Presbyterian Medical Services and as a Psychometrist at Brain and Behavioral Associates. Additionally, Justine managed operations as a Floor Manager at Enchanted Jewelers from April 2014 to June 2017. Justine holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
