Amy Blustein

Amy Blustein has extensive work experience in marketing communications and public relations. Amy currently holds the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since March 2022. From July 2019 to March 2022, they worked as a Manager of Marketing Communications at the same company. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing at Care New England/Women & Infants Hospital from 2014 to 2019. Amy also served as the Public Relations Manager at Women & Infants Hospital from 1999 to 2013 and as the PR Manager at Southcoast Health System from 1994 to 1999. Amy started their career as a Public Relations Coordinator at Landmark Medical Center and The Marketing Group from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at Mallory Factor Inc from 1988 to 1990.

Amy Blustein attended East Greenwich High School from 1980 to 1984. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Rutgers University from 1984 to 1988.
