Gina Sahagian

Gina Sahagian has extensive work experience primarily in the healthcare industry. Gina started their career in 2003 as an Actuarial Director at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where they worked until 2005. In 2008, they joined Park Row Associates as a Client Consultant, and during their four-year tenure, they gained valuable experience in working with clients. Sahagian returned to Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island in 2012 as a Lead Product Manager and held this position until 2013. Subsequently, they took up the role of Director of National Accounts until 2017, where they were responsible for managing national accounts. Sahagian then transitioned to the role of Director of Operations, focusing on client implementation and account management support teams. In June 2021, they were promoted to the position of Managing Director, Employer Segment Operations, where they currently serve.

Gina Sahagian completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Boston College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bryant University from 1988 to 1992.
