Jared Kelly

Jared Kelly has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and legal fields. Jared started their career as a law clerk and ad hoc vice lawyer at Morrison Mahoney LLP, specializing in asbestos and toxic tort litigation, hospital and provider malpractice, products liability, and general liability. Jared then worked as a contract manager at UnitedHealth Group, where they managed over 400 contract negotiations and supervised a team of contract negotiators. After that, they served as the chief in-house legal counsel and compliance officer at Pioneer Behavioral Health, providing legal support to the company's executive team and facilities. Currently, Jared is the director of network contracting at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where they negotiate and manages contracts for healthcare facilities and providers, utilizing their expertise in healthcare analytics, payment methodologies, and legal background.

Jared Kelly completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at St. Lawrence University from 1993 to 1997. Jared then pursued further education at Roger Williams University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2003 to 2007.
