Kim Paull

Kim Paull has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, Kim has been serving as the Director of the Value-Based Care Program at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since 2021. Prior to this, Kim held the position of Director of Data and Analytics at the Executive Office of Health and Human Services for the State of Rhode Island, where they led various teams and played a crucial role in the state's COVID-19 response efforts. Kim also has experience as the Director of Data Management at Coastal Medical, where they implemented an analytic system to support the organization's goals. Additionally, Kim has held positions at the Rhode Island Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner and The Center for Health Information and Analysis, where they were responsible for data analysis, policy studies, and project management. Before entering the healthcare field, Kim had experience as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at The Hartford and as a Research Assistant at Smith College.

Kim Paull earned a BA in Economics/Mathematics from Smith College between 2004 and 2007. After completing their undergraduate degree, Kim went on to pursue a Masters of Public Health in Health Policy and Management at Tufts University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2014.
