Laura Pouliot

Laura Pouliot has over three decades of experience at BCBSRI, holding the position of Senior Technical Analyst and Delivery Manager, overseeing premium billing, custom identification card production, and subscriber/provider mailings. Laura has maintained a long-term commitment to Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island in various roles since April 1991. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Rhode Island between 1975 and 1979.
