Rebecca Mallette has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Beginning in 2004, they worked at Express as a Manager. From 2004 to 2010, they held various roles at Equity National, including Client Service Coordinator, Inside Sales Representative, Customer Sales and Service Manager, Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst, and OnBoarding Manager. In 2010, they joined Citizens Bank, where they served as a Lean Change Agent, Senior Lean Change Agent, Head of Transformation Approach for the Citizens Lean Program, and finally as Vice President and Head of Transformation Approach for the Citizens Lean Program. Starting in 2014, they joined Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, progressing through positions including Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Customer Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Medicare Concierge (Customer Service Call Center) at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island.
Rebecca Mallette obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Graphic Design from Roger Williams University from 1999 to 2003. In December 2017, they also obtained the certification of Satmetrix Certified Net Promoter Associate from Satmetrix.
