Rachel Rathman

Rachel Rathman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in training, development, and instructional design. Currently serving as the Training and Development Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming and an Instructor at Jazzercise, Inc., Rachel has substantial experience in the field, having previously held roles such as Learning & Development Specialist at Ecosystems and Instructional Designer/Systems Administrator at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Rachel's career also includes significant entrepreneurial experience as a Franchise Owner at Jazzercise, Inc., alongside various administrative and management roles. Rachel holds a Master’s Degree in Education/Instructional Design from Purdue University and a B.S. in Business Management from Kaplan University.
