Gabriella Figueroa

Gabriella Figueroa currently serves as the Manager of Training and Development and the Manager of New Restaurant Openings at José Andrés Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Gabriella was a Principal Project Manager at Capital One from November 2021 to August 2023. Gabriella's experience also includes positions at Deloitte, where titles included Senior Consultant and Technology Risk Consultant from July 2019 to October 2021, along with internships in Risk and Financial Services and Discovery in 2017 and 2018. Earlier career experiences include roles at Buca di Beppo as a Hostess/Take Out Server/Waitress and at GXS as a Sales Intern. Gabriella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland, earned between 2015 and 2019, and completed high school at Northwest High School from 2011 to 2015.
