Kate Hammon

Kate Hammon has extensive experience in administrative and leadership roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant for Public Affairs and Foundation at Blue Cross of Idaho since September 2022. Previously, Kate held positions such as Administrative Assistant at Hopkins Roden Crockett Hansen & Hoopes, PLLC, and Marketing & Social Media Manager/Event Coordinator at Huston Vineyards, where responsibilities included planning events and promoting them through various communication channels. In addition, Kate was the Executive Director of the Idaho Governor's Cup Scholarship Fund, managing a large-scale event. Other experience includes serving as Assistant to the Chief of Staff in an electoral campaign and holding multiple roles, including Director of Annual Giving at Treasure Valley Family YMCA and Policy Assistant for Governor Dirk Kempthorne. Kate Hammon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Idaho.
