Milissa Meikel

Milissa Meikel, CPC, has extensive experience in the healthcare payment integrity field, currently serving as the Director of Payment Integrity at Blue Cross of Idaho since March 2021, after having held the position of Manager of Payment Integrity. Prior to this role, Milissa worked at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon from January 1994 to March 2021, where various positions included Manager of Policy and Implementation Payment Integrity, Supervisor of Payment Review Payment Integrity, Supervisor of Refund and Recovery, Member Services Lead, and Claims Specialist. Milissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix between 2007 and 2012.
