Stina Redford

Stina Redford currently serves as the Director of Payment Innovation at Blue Cross of Idaho, a position held since January 2006, previously advancing through roles such as Manager of Value Based Payments and Sr. Provider Network Manager for Value Based Contracts. Stina leads the Value-Based Contract Provider Network Management Team, focusing on designing and implementing provider payment methodologies that support outcomes-based and cost-effective healthcare. Earlier experience includes working as a Sr. Provider Contracting Specialist, where Stina negotiated contract terms and reimbursement rates with various healthcare providers. Prior to Blue Cross of Idaho, Stina worked at Health Net from 2003 to 2005, where program development, provider recruitment, and education were primary responsibilities focused on delivering counseling services to military personnel and their families.
