Karen Boucher

Karen Boucher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. As the Head of Talent and Resourcing at Blue Cross For Pets since June 2013, Karen leads teams responsible for the talent acquisition and learning development for approximately 5,500 employees and volunteers. Prior roles include Leadership and Talent Development Manager at Nationwide Building Society, where responsibilities involved developing senior executives and managing talent assessment processes. Additional experience includes coaching assignments at Six Hats Consultancy and various roles focused on learning and development at organizations such as Ecclesiastical Insurance Group and St James's Place. Karen holds a degree in Psychology from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
