Jimmy Ramsey is an experienced professional in recruitment and workforce management, having served as a Recruiting Manager at UES from June 2023 to April 2024. Prior to this role, Jimmy worked as an Onsite Supervisor and Recruitment Specialist at Malone Workforce Solutions from May 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing contracted workforce and transitioning clients to direct hire models. Jimmy’s career in recruitment began as a Recruiter at Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC, from August 2020 to May 2021, where duties involved posting positions, interviewing candidates, and submitting candidate assessments. Earlier experiences include a role as a Data Circuits Engineer at CenturyLink and various positions at Sprint, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, training, and quality assurance. Jimmy holds a degree from East Tennessee State University.
