John Huffman

John Huffman has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. John held the position of Marketing Director at Blue Diamond Attachments since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing at WOW MY Garage from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Communications and Outreach Specialist 3 at Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, where they coordinated stakeholder engagement communication. Before that, John served as the Director of Marketing at Renewal by Andersen of Knoxville from 2014 to 2016, overseeing advertising and community outreach initiatives. John also operated their own agency, Matrixx Direct, LLC / Matrixx Mail Service, LLC, as the Agency Principal/President from 1994 to 2014, specializing in direct marketing, advertising, and fundraising campaigns. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in coordinating communication goals, managing marketing expenditures, and guiding fundraising and outreach campaigns.

John Huffman completed their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 1986 to 1990. John then pursued a Master of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1991 to 1994.
