Chris Giles

Chris Giles currently serves as the Head of Food Retail at Blue Diamond Garden Centres since January 2022. Previously, Chris held various roles at blue diamond limited from July 2015 to January 2022, including Food CREM and EPOS Manager. Chris's extensive career in the garden centre industry began at Wyevale Garden Centres in March 1998, where positions ranged from Horticultural/Assistant Manager to Operations Manager/Assistant Manager,, and Shop Manager/Pet Manager, accumulating significant experience in staff management, training, operations, and customer service. Chris has successfully managed teams of varying sizes, implemented systems such as click and collect, and developed expertise in inventory and plant knowledge.
