Zach Lewis

Zach Lewis is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Sr. Site Director at Blue Diamond Growers since January 2020, Zach oversees the flagship site in Sacramento, CA, managing a team of approximately 800 members while focusing on safety, quality, service, performance, and people. Previously, Zach held multiple roles at Blue Diamond Growers, including Site Director at facilities in Salida, CA, and a growing processing plant. Prior to this, Zach worked at Nestlé from November 2010 to January 2020, where roles included Corporate Manufacturing Excellence Manager and Corporate Industrial Engineering Manager for the Foods Division, leading teams and implementing improvement projects across various factories. Earlier experience includes positions at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and an internship at Goodway Technologies. Zach holds a degree in Industrial Technology & Industrial Distribution from Purdue University.
