Michal Shalom

Michal Shalom began their work experience in 1999 as an Operations - Supply Chain manager at Comverse. They later served as the EMEA Customer Support Planning manager and APAC Divisional PMO at the same company. From 2011 to 2013, Shalom worked as the Head of Operations - VAS BU & EMEA Sales at Comverse, where they were responsible for business forecast planning, sales process optimization, and implementing enabling technologies. In 2014, Shalom joined VATBox - The Automated Foreign VAT Refund Solution as the Operations & Processing Manager and Head of Delivery and Service. No end dates were provided for their roles at VATBox.

Michal Shalom pursued their undergraduate education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1997. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1998, Michal enrolled at Tel Aviv University to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the School of Business Administration.
