Monica Grimmett, CPC-I, CPC, CRC, CPAR, CFC, CRCR has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Monica began their career in 2008 as an EMR Trainer, Revenue Cycle Management Director, and Operations Consultant for Self Employed. In 2014, they worked as a Revenue Cycle Consultant/Independent Contractor for Coker Group. From 2017 to 2021, they held the role of Project Consultant for Huron Consulting Group. In 2019, they were an FQHC Athena EMR Project and Revenue Cycle Consultant for Blue Eagle Consulting, Inc. Monica then worked as an Interim RCM Advisor and NextGen Training Documentation Analyst for 336 Consulting in 2021. Most recently, they obtained HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from HFMA in July 2021.
