Natalie Sigmon

Natalie Sigmon, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Recruiting & Retention at Blue Eagle Credit Union since January 2022. Additionally, Natalie holds the position of Southern District Director for HR Virginia SHRM State Council as of 2024 and is an Advisory Board Member for Virginia United FC since March 2023. As President and former VP of Programs for the Roanoke Valley Society for Human Resource Management, Natalie coordinates monthly meetings and events to enhance member knowledge. Natalie's experience includes significant roles in human resources at First Bank and The Bank of Fincastle, where responsibilities spanned payroll processing and benefits administration. Previous experience includes management positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Barnes & Noble College Booksellers LLC, where operational excellence and financial accuracy were key focuses. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from George Mason University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Danville Community College, along with ongoing education at the Southeastern Regional Credit Union School.
