Jayme Baldwin, RDN, LD, currently serves as the WIC Program Coordinator at Blue Earth County since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jayme gained experience as a Clinical Dietitian at Fairview Health Services from July 2021 to June 2022 and completed a Dietetic Internship at the University of Minnesota from September 2020 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Non-Registered Dietitian Assistant at Hy-Vee, Inc. and serving in various capacities at Olives by Massads and Monarch Healthcare Management. Jayme Baldwin holds a degree in Family and Consumer Science with a focus on Dietetics from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 2017 and 2020.
