Melissa McVay

Melissa McVay has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Loan Operations at Blue Federal Credit Union since February 2017, following roles as Director of Consumer and Mortgage Lending and Lending Manager. Prior to this, Melissa worked at White Sands Federal Credit Union from August 2004 to January 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Vice President overseeing the Collections department, Call Center Manager supervising a high-volume call center, and progressing from Real Estate Loan Officer to Senior Teller. Melissa is a graduate of the Southwest CUNA Management School (class of 2016) with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Small Business Administration/Management from New Mexico State University.
