Luke W. has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Luke began their career in 1997 as an International Officer and Senior Prop Trader at HSBC. In 2004, they moved to Royal Bank of Scotland Business as the Head of Prime Brokerage FX Trading and Electronic Markets. Luke then joined BNP Paribas in 2010 as the Global Head of Electronic Business and Markets. In 2016, Luke became the Chief Executive Officer of BlueFire AI, an Intelligence Engine for Capital Markets.

Luke W. began their educational journey at Lady Manners School from 1985 to 1992. Luke then attended Newcastle University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a 2:1 in Politics and East Asian Studies (Japanese Language). During this time, they also studied at Fukuoka University from 1994 to 1996. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Management from SOAS University of London from 2000 to 2002.
