Way-Ting Chen is currently the Co-Founder & Sr. Partner at Blue Garnet since October 2002. They were previously a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they led projects in business strategy and organizational design. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, conducting economic development research. Way-Ting also taught Impact Thinking, Measurement, and Evaluation at Pepperdine University as an Adjunct Professor. They hold an IMBA in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, among other educational achievements.
