Maria Sespene

Maria Sespene has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria started their career at PIER 39 in 1996 as a Payroll Assistant and gradually progressed to roles such as Human Resources Coordinator, Supervisor of Benefits & Administration, Supervisor of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, and eventually Vice President of Human Resources. In 2015, they joined Blue & Gold Fleet as Vice President of Human Resources.

Maria Sespene pursued their education in 2007-2008 at San Francisco State University, where they obtained an HR Certification in Human Resources.
