Keith Moore

Keith Moore has extensive experience in public safety and emergency services, currently serving as a Captain at Blue Grass Airport DPS since March 1992, where responsibilities include being a Shift Captain, EMS Coordinator, and instructor for EMT, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens. Prior roles include Director and Board Vice Chairperson at Estill County EMS, overseeing budgeting, planning, grant writing, and operational management from May 1992 to July 2005, and a Legal Assistant at the Estill County Attorney's Office, processing legal documents from February 2003 to June 2005. Additionally, Keith Moore served as a Sergeant with the Irvine Division of Police from 1988 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Asbury University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Jefferson Community College.
