Airial C. is currently the Director of People and Culture at BLUEGREEN ALLIANCE. Prior to this role, Airial served as the Manager of Operations at NewSchools Venture Fund and as a Learning and Development Consultant at Airial Clark Consulting. With a background in journalism and sociology, Airial has also worked as a journalist/blogger at Oakland Local and as a Research Associate at ChangeLab. Airial holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in Sociology & Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University.
