Jean-Alexandre Pouchoy is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in restaurant management and event catering. Currently serving as Responsable restauration at Blue Green since January 2017, responsibilities include managing brasserie operations, supervising production, and ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations. Pouchoy has also held various roles in event cooking for Sodexo and part-time positions with ADAPTEL LYON. Previous positions include Chef gérant in multiple corporate restaurants such as the Cité des entreprises and Cegelec, where management and culinary oversight were provided for significant daily covers. Pouchoy holds a BEP in Hotellerie restauration from Lep Hélène Boucher Vénisseux, completed from 2006 to 2008.
