Anne L. Houle

Anne L. Houle has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent development, learning, and leadership development. Anne has held various roles in different organizations, including Director of Learning and Development at Covia, Principal Consultant/Founder at Gateway Leadership Consulting, and Senior Manager of Leadership Training and Management Development at Saks Fifth Avenue. Anne has worked with a range of clients, including Deloitte Services LP, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Merrill Lynch, and Yale. Their expertise lies in creating people development solutions, increasing employee engagement, and facilitating post-merger integration activities. Anne is known for their strong leadership skills, positive relationships with colleagues, and ability to successfully deliver programs and initiatives.

Anne L. Houle completed their Masters in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies between 1996 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In September 2020, they became a Blanchard Certified Self Leader through The Ken Blanchard Companies. In November 2020, they acquired certifications in "Performance Management Reimagined" and "The Agile Learning Organization" from the Josh Bersin Academy. Furthermore, in February 2021, they completed the certification for "People as Competitive Advantage" from the same institution. Lastly, in May 2021, they obtained a "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
