Chris Beucler

Chris Beucler has a wealth of experience in the homebuilding industry. Chris is currently serving as the President of BH Nexus, Blue Heron's community Home division. In this role, they oversee the development of boutique communities and collaborates with the Blue Heron Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this, Chris was the Chief Operating Officer at Zephyr Partners, LLC from 2011 to 2020. Before that, they were the President of Beucler Signature Homes and Johnson-Beucler Communities, both successful custom homebuilding companies based in San Diego County. Chris also held various leadership positions at Ryland Homes, including President of Southern California and Division President. Throughout their career, they have received multiple awards for product design and marketing.

Chris Beucler attended Fort Lewis College from 1975 to 1976, where they pursued undergraduate studies. Chris then transferred to Northern Arizona University and studied there from 1977 to 1978, also focusing on undergraduate studies. During this time, they did not earn any degrees and their field of study remained unspecified.
