Stephen Yerrakadu has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Stephen currently holds the position of Executive Director of Design at Blue Heron since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Project Design at Blue Heron and as a Senior Project Design Manager. Stephen also worked as the Director of Design at AV Homes, Inc. from October 2017 to October 2018. Stephen has extensive experience as a Senior Architectural Designer at Toll Brothers from August 2014 to October 2017. Stephen has also held leadership roles as President at Trifecta Development Group and Partner and Co-Managing Member at Bay Area Community Housing. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay and as a Senior Vice President Real Estate Development at Fuel Group International. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Architect and Construction Manager at Andrea Architects and Construction and as a Job Captain and Assistant Project Coordinator at Holzmacher, McLendon & Murrell, P.C.
Stephen Yerrakadu attended the United Nations International School from 1980 to 1993. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their graduation from the United Nations International School, Stephen Yerrakadu enrolled at Cornell University in 1993 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture in 1998. Additionally, Stephen Yerrakadu obtained an International Certificate of Secondary Education, External Examinations from the University of Cambridge. In 2013, they briefly attended the University of South Florida to study Community Real Estate Development.
