Chrissy Chen

Chrissy Chen is currently working as a Special Projects Manager at Blue Hill At Stone Barns. Previously, Chrissy held positions at various companies such as Impossible Foods, Takasago International Corporation, and PepsiCo, where Chrissy specialized in product development, flavor research, and culinary applications within the food industry. Chrissy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Cornell University and has also participated in a Study Abroad Program focused on Italian Food and Culture Studies.
