Ray Ruvinskiy

Ray Ruvinskiy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Director of the AI Content Platform at Blue J since August 2025, Ray previously held various leadership roles at Arctic Wolf from March 2013 to July 2025, including Director of Pipeline, where notable accomplishments included enhancing data ingestion processes and accelerating project timelines significantly. Ray also contributed as Senior Manager and Manager, leading cross-functional teams responsible for handling massive data volumes in secure and scalable infrastructures. Earlier career experiences include software development roles at Blue Coat Systems, iAnywhere, IBM, and Defence Research and Development Canada. Ray holds both a Master of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
