Rose Duggan

Rose Duggan is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in people and operational strategy, currently serving as Chief of Staff and Director of People & Culture at Blue J since July 2021. Prior to this, Rose held the position of Director of People & Operations at Metrix from June 2017 to July 2021, contributing significantly to workplace learning solutions for major clients. Rose's career also includes roles as Senior Consultant for Talent & Strategy at Rosenzweig & Company Inc. and various positions at femMED, where marketing communications skills were refined. Early experiences at The Hospital for Sick Children and University Health Network provided a foundation in research and project consulting. Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, obtained in 2012.
