Kjetil Rugland

Kjetil Rugland has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kjetil started their career as a Shift Leader at Bama in 2007 and held this role until 2009. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Manager at Helt Rått, where they were responsible for running a bar, sushi restaurant, and nightclub. During this time, they also held various positions within the business.

In 2011, Kjetil joined SpareBank 1 SR-Bank as an Advisor, working in an advisory role for about six months. In 2012, they joined Halliburton and held multiple roles over a six-year period. Kjetil started as a Coordinator, Completion Tools, overseeing the delivery of completion products. Kjetil then progressed to the role of Tech. Planner, Completion Tools, participating in the engineering training program for 18 months. From 2015 to 2018, Kjetil worked as a Project Engineer at Halliburton, responsible for delivering completion products and services, primarily focusing on upper completion for new wells.

In 2017, Kjetil co-founded Blue Lice, a company where they continue to be involved as a Co-Founder. Finally, in 2019, they joined Toolserv AS as a Technical Service Representative. Within a year, they were promoted to the role of Technical Service Manager, a position they currently hold.

Kjetil Rugland pursued their education from 2008 to 2012 at BI Norwegian Business School. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Project Management.
