Tom Dalby

Tom Dalby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within organizations dedicated to supporting the public service community. Since September 2008, Tom has served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Blue Light Card, which partners with over 15,000 retailers to provide exclusive savings and benefits to millions of registered members across the UK. Additionally, Tom has been a Non-Executive Director at Blue Light Card since its inception and a Trustee for the Blue Light Card Foundation since April 2022, focusing on projects that enhance the health and well-being of the Blue Light community. Previously, Tom was the Head of Defence Discount Service from June 2012 to July 2023, offering discounts to members of the Armed Forces and veterans. Tom's career began as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car following the completion of a BSc in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University, where a 2.1 degree was achieved.
