Saad Nadhir has a wide range of work experience spanning several industries. Saad is currently the Founder of Blue Link Wireless since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the CEO & Co-Founder of Urban Plates starting from July 2010. Saad also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Detroit Mercy from October 2018 to October 2022. Additionally, Saad was the Managing Member of PCS Mobile Solutions from November 2006 to January 2021. Saad co-founded and served as CEO of Waldo's Dolar Mart Co. from 1998 to 2003. Before that, they held executive positions at Boston Market, where they served as Co-Chairman & CEO from 1996 to 1998 and as Vice Chairman & President from 1992 to 1996. Prior to Boston Market, they served as the SVP International at Blockbuster from 1989 to 1991.

Saad Nadhir holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Saad also completed a Master of Laws in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Miami School of Law. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Michigan, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
