Derrick Bolster

Derrick Bolster currently serves as the General Manager at Blue LLama Jazz Club in Ann Arbor since December 2023. Prior to this role, Derrick held various leadership positions in the restaurant industry, including Regional GM at Jaworski Enterprises from October 2019 to December 2023, where oversight encompassed all aspects of the restaurant group while addressing customer and employee needs. Additional experience includes serving as CFO and General Manager at Uncle Lyles Tavern and Grille and progressing through roles at Faurecia and Uncle Lyle’s Tavern and Grille, where Derrick implemented operational systems and management strategies. Derrick holds an MBA in Finance from Davenport University and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Siena Heights University.
