Matthew's career began at Allscripts, where various roles included Quality Engineer, Senior Analyst, and Manager of Support Services from November 2004 to November 2013. Matthew also served as Dispatch Supervisor at American Taxi Dispatch, Inc. from June 1998 to November 2004. Educationally, Matthew holds an Associate of Arts degree from Harper College and has attended Northern Illinois University.
