Holly Shimabukuro

Holly Shimabukuro is an Associate Consultant at Blue Matter since June 2024, previously serving as a Life Sciences Consulting Intern. Holly has extensive experience in business development as a Business Development Intern in Scientific and Medical Affairs at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network from June 2022 to August 2025. Additionally, Holly has held leadership roles in the Wharton Undergraduate Healthcare Club (WUHC) as a Project Lead and Consulting Analyst, and served as the Marketing Director and Marketing Analyst for TEDxPenn from September 2021 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes a research assistant role at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Societies, with a focus on Healthcare Finance, from the University of Pennsylvania.
