Dale McLeod

Dale McLeod, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management and development. They most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Blue Meridian Partners since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from March 2020 to March 2023. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at George Washington University, where they held various roles, including Associate Vice President of HR Operations, Interim Vice President of Human Resources Management and Development (CHRO), and Executive Director of HR Information Systems. Before that, Dale worked at Seton Hall University as the Director of HR Information Systems & Payroll Operations from 2007 to 2012 and at Pace University as the Assistant Director of HR Information Systems from 2002 to 2007.

Dale McLeod, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Pace University. In terms of additional certifications, Dale completed the Black Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company in August 2022 and obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2015.
