Marcus brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across industries including Communications, Retail, Health, Med-Tech, Fin-Tech, Cybersecurity, and Risk. He has led People & Culture functions through hypergrowth, M&A, IPO readiness, and global expansion across APAC, EMEA, North America, and India—specialising in building high-performing, inclusive teams and aligning people strategy with business outcomes.

Prior to joining GROW, Marcus was VP of People at UpGuard, a global cyber risk platform, where he supported teams in 14 countries and built a culture recognised by Great Place to Work in Australia, the Philippines, the UK, and the Bay Area, USA. His work ensures that as companies scale, their culture and capabilities scale with them—enabling both people and business to thrive.
