Elsy Gallardo

Elsy Gallardo is a Senior Associate at Blue Meridian Partners, where Elsy focuses on Operations and Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Before joining Blue Meridian Partners, Elsy worked as an Associate at the same company and as an Intern to the Chief Operations Officer. Prior to that, Elsy gained experience as an Intern at MCON-Metal Convertibility. Elsy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a Doctor of Law from St. Thomas University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Florida International University.
