Kimberly Braxton

Kimberly Braxton currently serves as the Director of Learning, Evaluation, & Measurement at Blue Meridian Partners since April 2024. Previously, Kimberly held various positions at Equal Measure from July 2014 to April 2024, including Director, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Analyst and Research Intern at Research for Action between May 2009 and June 2014, and as a Capital Programs Intern at the School District of Philadelphia from August 2008 to August 2009. Kimberly also worked as a Writing Teacher at Laboratory Charter School and as a Classroom Teacher at Universal Institute Charter School from September 2004 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organization Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, a Master’s Degree in Urban Spatial Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Goucher College.
