Stephen Beck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Monkey Tropical Collection since January 2025 and as an Operating Partner at Fifth Ocean Capital since July 2023. Beck has a proven track record of leading transformative growth and operational improvements, previously holding positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Catamount Foods, LLC, where strategic leadership facilitated the company’s transition to private equity ownership, and President at Elevation Foods, LLC, overseeing its shift to PE-backed ownership. Prior roles include President at New England Ice Cream, Chief Commercial Officer at MooBella, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Sales at The Manitowoc Company, among others, showcasing expertise in revenue growth, strategic initiatives, and business development. Beck holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
